Refunds and Returns:

Products: All pharmacy sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted after purchase. If items are stolen or lost, please file a police report immediately/within 24hr after delivery. Reshape Health and Wellness will review each case and decide on the appropriate action for stolen or lost products.
Telehealth Visits: Payments for telehealth visits are non-refundable after purchase. However, if a telehealth visit is cancelled before the appointment starts or terminated at the initial start, the payment will be refunded. If telehealth visit is completed and a refund is requested after completing the visit, this is considered non-refundable.
