What Is The Cost For The Programs
We offer committed weight management programs at Reshape Health to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Programs include customized personal GLP-1 injection treatments (deemed necessary), fat burning capsules, energy boots capsules, meal planning, follow up care, and fitness training goals. In addition, we 100% provide ongoing support to help you stay on track.
HOW DO I GET STARTED STEP 1
Book A Weight Management Consultation/Start Program
Your weight consultation is with a Licensed Medical Provider. In this session, the provider will discuss your weight loss goals, medical history, programs available, and review the best weight management course for success. If you decide at consultation or later to move forward, your fee of $45.00 will count towards your 1st month. If initial visit is the start, you will receive weight management consultation in that visit.
STEP 2
Obtain Lab Work
Lab Work in some cases will be ordered. Once Lab Work results are back, the provider will review and discuss directly with you and began the best weight management program for you if qualified.
Note: If you recently had certain Lab Work completed that is available for the provider to view and add will be accepted
STEP 3
Start Your Journey
Your weight management medication will be sent directly to you by mail. That is correct directly to you. No hassle. Allow up to 2-10 business days of arrival. Once you receive your medication you are ready to start your new journey to The New You.
NO MANDATORY / MEMBERSHIP FEES
Reshape Health and Wellness do not obligate any of its client to join a mandatory membership. There are no surprise fees. Our focus is making sure you reach your weight loss goals.
